I am a social person who is very interested in sharing information about myself and learning about other people. I like to believe that there is a way for everyone in the world to connect with one another. I guess the way that I view life has an impact on who I am and what I do. I love dancing, especially salsa and cum bias, but also enjoy romantic, quiet evenings. On my free time I go for jogs, listen to live music, cook and eat at different restaurants. I'm into all kinds of music, but usually listen to alternative rock or Spanish for fun: I like the outdoors: swimming, walking, biking, the beach, the park. I enjoy going to book stores or coffee houses to read and chill. I like to cuddle and snuggle with that someone special. I really enjoy people watching. I love to dance. favorite hot spots: I like to go to soul food restaurants or nice jazz clubs. I like the atmosphere and the people. I like restaurants that have great food and a relaxed vibe. I am not too into the whole dress up and be a snob thing. I love a good tequilla bar. favorite things: I collect all sorts of things: unicorns, glass apples, matches, shot glasses. My favorite colors are red and royal blue. I watch only a few shows: West Wing, Gilmore Girls, Commander in Chief. I like the oldies and some of the new stuff too. last read: I read Terry McMillan's The Interruption of Everything. It was very good. I like to read magazines because I have a short attention span and like to read short and quick. I love to write and have many, many journals. I enjoy the Sunday Times What makes me Passionate and Excited? 1. The Arts:It’s about feelings, passion, emotions. The artist communicates to us and we say “I know what you mean”, “I can relate to that”, or “I understand”. The Arts try to teach us what it means to be human. All the glorious things we humans can do juxtaposed against all the evil we sometimes do. 2.Lake Michigan 3.Charity/Community donations and works. 4.American Football 5. American Baseball 6. Learning new things about other cultures or customs 7. Human will-power: people overcoming seemingly impossible odds 8. “Life”- the forms and structures and how everything is interrelated and interdependent. 9. I love gazing up at the stars and sky on a clear night. Looking for shooting stars.

I'm looking for a man who is confident about himself and not intimidated by an educated mugger. It would be great to meet a guy who is politically conscious and who is not afraid to defend his views. I prefer a man who is independent, but who doesn't mind my company once in a while. Your career should involve something that you love to do and you should be the type who is always looking for new ways to advance yourself.
